Yvonne has always been heart-centered, deeply spiritual and consistently pushes herself to keep evolving. She realized early on that she didn’t have to follow the normal expectations of getting a degree then having a family and children. She wanted to create her own path but she never quite felt ready to take the leap. She invested a lot of time and money in programs to get to a place where she felt ready, and more importantly, worthy.
Two years ago, she started a free online group for women who were on a similar path. She felt it was her, “Start Before You are Ready” step that she learned about in one of the programs she had attended. She found the group to be really supportive but she began to realize that it also kept her stuck. She wasn’t continuing to take the action she needed to build the life and business of her dreams.
“I can’t think of a specific moment where I was like, ‘It’s coaching and I’m ready to coach.’
There were several moments where it was like, ‘Ok, it’s time to move forward. It’s time to take a step. It’s time to push yourself.’
You just know those moments. When you’re an aware person that is on a path of passion and purpose, those moments, they come up and they come up loudly. It wasn’t specifically that I wanted to be a coach… I’m ready to be a coach…it was like ok…It’s time to evolve and time to grow as a person.”
She decided to hire a coach to help her move forward. After interviewing coaches, she chose Steph Gold because she would help her take the actions she had been avoiding. She wasn’t evolving on her own and needed guidance to create her business around helping the people she was meant to serve. She loved the women's group she had created but she really wanted to help women who also wanted more, who wanted bigger results and who wanted to make the changes and do the work to get the results she also wanted.
She knew she needed to stretch personally and financially in a way that was as uncomfortable as taking the leap forward had been, and truly invest in herself to create the results she had only been dreaming of before. With Steph's guidance and the incredible support of the women in Steph's group who were also taking action, she finally realized that not only was she ready to move forward, only she had been holding herself back.
Based in Los Angeles, California, she holds events once a month and also works one on one with women who seek the kind of changes she did. Her greatest passion is working with women who doubt their worthiness. Just six months into her work with Steph, her events and clients are seeing the big bold results. And Yvonne has both the business and soul alignment in her work that she was born ready for all along. Not only is she embracing her worthiness, she sees how much the women she helps needed her to step into her light as a heart-centered coach to help them achieve their dreams, too.
